The 59th ASEAN Day

On the occasion of the 59th ASEAN Day, the ASEAN Committee in Rome joins the ASEAN family and partners in celebrating our shared journey of unity, cooperation, and friendship.

Guided by the theme “Navigating Our Future, Together,” we reaffirm our commitment to a united, resilient and forward-looking ASEAN that promotes peace, stability and sustainable prosperity for our peoples and the wider international community.

From Rome, the ASEAN Committee also reaffirms its commitment to further strengthening the friendship and cooperation between ASEAN and Italy and other partners. Building on our shared interest in peace, multilateralism, sustainable development, innovation and closer people-to-people ties, we look forward to advancing an increasingly dynamic and mutually beneficial partnership.
