Terms and Conditions of Business Visa Application

The required documents for Business Visa are as follows :

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages. (One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page if original passport could not be shown at the time of visa application)
2. Three recent colour photos with white background (35 mm x 45 mm)
3. Duly filled Application Form ( Application for Business Visa Form )
4. Invitation letter from the company which has been registered under Myanmar Company Act (the company needs to have 1 year period in operation after being registered at the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations)
5. A photocopy of valid Company Registration Certificate
6. Profile of the inviting company (updated extract form), mentioning the company’s business activities
7. Proof of tax payment receipt or tax exemption certificate (If the company is still under the procession period on tax payment, it has to submit the copies of the procession documents for tax payment)
8. Minor Consent Letter (The letter which mentions that the company takes full responsibility during his/her stay in Myanmar)
9. Terms of Reference (TOR) for employment
10. Medical proof of COVID-19 vaccination
11. Proof of Travel Medical Insurance( https://www.mminsurance.gov.mm/inbound-travel-accident-insurance/)
