Terms and Conditions of Social Visa Application

The required documents for Social Visa (Single) are as follows :

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages. (One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page if original passport could not be shown at the time of visa application )
2. Three recent colour photos with white background (35 mm x 45 mm)
3. Duly filled Application Form ( Application for Social Visa Form )
4. Evidence of Ex-Myanmar Citizenship
   Invitation letter from family members/ friends in Myanmar with explanation of relationship
5. Admission letter for stay address in Myanmar
6. Medical proof of COVID-19 vaccination
7. Proof of Travel Medical Insurance( https://www.mminsurance.gov.mm/inbound-travel-accident-insurance/ )

1. Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages. (One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page if original passport could not be shown at the time of visa application )
2. Three recent colour photos with white background (35 mm x 45 mm)
3. Duly filled Application Form ( Application for Social Visa Form )
4. Duly filled one MJEV Form
5. Evidence of Ex-Myanmar Citizenship
6. Invitation letter from family members/ friends in Myanmar with explanation of relationship
7. Admission letter for stay address in Myanmar
8. Medical proof of COVID-19 vaccination
9. Proof of Travel Medical Insurance( https://www.mminsurance.gov.mm/inbound-travel-accident-insurance/ )
