Terms and Conditions of Religious Visa Application

The required documents for Religious Visa (Single/Multiple) are as follows :

• Applicant’s ID Card/Residence Permit
• Original Passport with minimum validity of six months and two blank passport pages. (One photocopy of passport information and applicant’s photo page if original passport could not be shown at the time of visa application )
• Three recent colour photos with white background (35 mm x 45 mm)
• Duly filled Application Form ( Application for Religious Visa Form )
• The Original invitation letter from the meditation centre at Myanmar
• Medical proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Proof of Travel Medical Insurance( https://www.mminsurance.gov.mm/inbound-travel-accident-insurance/)
