Ambassador Hmway Hmway Khyne participated in the 77th ACR Ambassadors’ Meeting and Handing over ceremony of the ACR Chairmanship

Myanmar Ambassador to the Italian Republic H.E. Mrs. Hmway Hmway Khyne participated in the 77th ACR Ambassadors’ Meeting and Handing over Ceremony of the ACR Chairmanship from Malaysia to Indonesia, which was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia on 16 July 2024.
At the meeting, the ACR Ambassadors and Chargé d’Affaires reviewed the activities under the previous Chairmanship of Malaysia and then cordially discussed and exchanged views on the ongoing activities of the ACR and further activities to be carried out including the ASEAN Day Celebration and activities to commemorate the 5th Anniversary of ASEAN-Italy Development Partnership. The meeting was chaired by Indonesia following the Handover Ceremony, and Indonesia will assume the Chairmanship of the ACR for the period of July to December 2024 for next six months.
