Ambassador Hmway Hmway Khyne had a meeting with FAO’s Chief, Director-General Dr. Qu Dongyu
Myanmar Permanent Representative to the Rome-based UN Agencies and International Organizations Ambassador Hmway Hmway Khyne had a meeting with Director-General Dr. Qu Dongyu of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on 27 October 2023 at the FAO Headquarters.
During the meeting, the Ambassador and the Director-General cordially discussed and exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further cooperation between Myanmar and the FAO. Separately, the Ambassador also met Mr. Rakesh Muthoo, Secretary-General of the Conference and Council. At the meetings were present by Minister Counsellor Ms. Nyein Nyein Myint and officials from the Myanmar Embassy in Rome.
